Redevelopment of a Former Textile Factory in North Philadelphia

We propose the adaptive reuse of an abandoned industrial facility into a functional and inclusive economic hub. The building will be converted into a modular small-business incubator and coworking space, addressing both the physical decay of the site and the local demand for affordable business infrastructure. The intervention will serve as a demonstration model for urban revitalization aligned with economic development objectives.
